There are at least three pretty notable names missing from that list.

Jonathan Acosta - UCLA
Matthew Acosta - UCLA
Dennis Gonzales - UCLA

Seems like J. Acosta and Gonzales would be in the developmental leagues and definitely drafted by the league.
