I've spoken to John Titor. The excuses IB makes, once again, when Hawaii falls short of winning it all, even with the best team in 2005, are quite hilarious. I would post them, but John doesn't want IB to see them, and then when Hawaii loses, IB changes his thoughts and makes John look like a liar. Concern yourself with your own team. No need to be jealous because Florida is second tier this year.

I've got some directed at no one mother in particular....
"Yo momma so fat when her beeper goes off, people thought she was backing up."
"Yo momma so ugly they filmed, "Gorillas in the Mist," in her shower"

Even in a down year last season, they still played the national champs tougher than anyone in the tournament. Hawaii? What did they do? Oh yeah, they again didn't live up to their expectations. I don't expect Florida to win it all this year or even get to the Final 4. Hawaii fans expect that from Hawaii and will yet again be disappointed when it doesn't happen.

Oh yeah, they again didn't live up to their expectations. Last year was supposed to be a rebuilding year for the Wahine. That team more than met expectations, they blew it away. Florida otoh, was highly touted and lost the SEC title to friggin Tennessee, lol. Even their fans did not believe in them (yourself included). You will never see Hawai'i fans ride the bandwagon the way you people do, we stick with the Wahine regardless. I don't expect Florida to win it all this year or even get to the Final 4. Well, I totally agree with you there.

They are consistently good year after year and Hawaii fans have a lot of respect for Florida as a top notch team. Don't let TWO posters draw you into a Florida/Hawaii argument. I know it's irritating but it's not worth your time. Actually the Wahine exceeded the expectations of Hawaii fans last season. It was supposed to be a rebuilding year. Despite the grandstanding by one or two blowhards, Hawaii fans will be proud of the Wahine even if they lose in the first round.

That's where you are wrong. Florida might've been highly touted by pollsters, but anyone who followed them knew it would be a down year, a rebuilding year. I said from well before the season started, Florida would struggle and they weren't a top 10 team. You don't lose 4 amazing players and expect to not feel the effects of that.
Bandwagon? now that's hilarious. It's not riding the bandwagon. Please explain to me how it's riding the bandwagon? Clearly, you have no freakin clue what that term even means. It's called accepting reality and being able to be critical of your team, rather than living in denial and not wanting to believe that your team isn't as good as you think. Expressing your displeasure or being critical is not getting off the bandwagon. It shows that you really are a true fan. You want to see your team succeed, but at the same time, know when to face reality and call a spade a spade. Rather, you and your cohorts try to spin everything and make excuses when your team underachieves. If what I and other fans do, is riding the bandwagon, according to you, I'll take that over the state of denial you live in, every day of the week.

The problem with Hawaii being the most awesomely dominating team in '05 is that if they lose to Wisconsin again, or the like, it will be because 1. They had to travel away from Hawaii to play them 2. And you know how poorly the Wahine handle traveling 3. Plus the NCAA will have screwed them again These three things will prove that Hawaii didn't underachieve in '05, thereby keeping them awesomely talented and wicked good, and keep IdahoBoy's rainbow-tinted glasses firmly in place.

You're trying to bait me again. What do you mean Hawai'i underperformed? Why don't you go back to being quite and come talk to me when you've bought a clue. One last question, who is John Tito? And why would I care about what he has to say?

They are consistently good year after year and Hawaii fans have a lot of respect for Florida as a top notch team. Are you once again speaking for all Hawai'i fans? Who voted you President of the Wahine "fan club"? You no more speak for Hawai'i than I. I know some Hawai'i fans who would rather you not speak for them.

Don't let TWO posters draw you into a Florida/Hawaii argument. I know it's irritating but it's not worth your time. Wow, I'm agreeing with IslandGirl AND Gator. I wouldn't put Florida on the second tier either... I'd drop them down to the third, just because of their fans. Exactly. And even this blowhard seriously appreciates what they did in 2004. There is nothing grand about the way I stand. So obviously, I'm not a grandstander. Duh! I honestly don't think you CAN find any Hawaii fans MORE proud of the Wahine than IB and BiK. Try it. Seriously.

Oh, I don't know. I guess I could come over and tie porkchops around your neck and Barenutz in Kunia's neck, too. Maybe the rest of Volleytalk will play with you dorks, then.
BTW, why do you have that cheesy photo of those glass volleyball awards with the stupid caption attached to it? If that's supposed to refer to UH winning the NCAA championship next year, that's ridiculous. Everyone knows you can buy them dumb awards for around 15 bucks apiece. Heck, I think I even have the catalog around here.
That's almost as dumb as townie kook BiK's Da Hui logo. Total dorkness.

You'd have to stop gumming on those pork chops in order to tie them around our necks. But I think they, and your women, will enjoy the break. This from a guy who doesn't have the originality to post his own image, or come back with a unique insult, for that matter.... huh.

Forget the porkchop, the situation is critical. I think IdaKingofOverstatementandGirlieDramatics needs an entire crossrib roast tied around his neck, lightly seasoned.
