I know this has been talked about over and over, but after reading the comments from "X" (whatever), I can't help but respond.
You have no idea whether or not your players played pro? Rrrrright.
You're upset that you don't have the resources that Hawaii and BYU do to cover up indiscretions? So indiscretions are OK?
I think the funny thing here is that it appears you're just upset that you got caught, and have no remorse for the infractions. You guys have really worked hard to make it appear like Lewis is the victim here.
Your program cheated. You got caught. You pay the price. If these other programs cheated, fine, they should pay too. But you can't be all high and mighty when you didn't have a clean program.

I'm sorry, but I can't understand where you are coming from.
Did Jeff Soler cheat? Did Jeff Soler play professionally? Was Jeff Soler responsible for checking eligibility? Was Jeff Soler the one responding to the NCAA inquiry?
Jeff Soler and the rest of the players left at Lewis are getting screwed in this whole situation. As far as I can tell, none of the individuals accused of wrongdoing are still involved in the program, either as administrators, coaches or players. Instead, guys who were totally blameless are being punished.
The only thing Jeff has done is come onto this board, responded to peoples comments and given us some insights to his attitudes and emotions.
