Hey Jim , we look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks . Pepperdine made it look like it was going to be easy but UCLA fought back hard in game 2 and Pepperdine let that game slip away. In game 3 UCLA went ahead by 7 points at one time and Pepperdine battled back to win game three. Game 4 again ,late in the game Pepperdine was down by four and came back to win the seesaw battle in game 4. Fred Winters had 22 kills / 6 aces / 4 blocks Sean Rooney had 17 kills / 7 blocks Brad Keenan had 11 kills / 3 aces / 12 blocks Brad Keenan had as many blocks by himself as the whole UCLA team. Outstanding effort by the Waves to come back and win in 2 of the four games

Pacific beat Long Beach 3-2 at the Spanos Center in Stockton. 30-25, 27-30, 26-30, 31-29, 17-15
