That is some quality video.
Speaking of unknown pranksters, on Friday night while we were "focusing" for Saturday's matches, we saw a group of six or seven guys pouring detergent/dish soap? in the fountain across from the Mariott. Then about ten minutes later, they came back and began taking pics in front of the fountain. While they were celebrating their prank, three other guys came over and poured in 50 times the amount of detergent/dish soap. It looked like two teams had the same idea, the second group just pulled it off better. The second group just dumped their soap in and disappeared. The first group was dumbstruck that three guys did a better job than six. It was absolutely hilarious to watch. Within a couple hours, the fountain was shut down. Nice work all, especially the second group.

Just think, in another 10 years there will not be another city willing to host this tournament because of knuckleheads like those mentioned above. The partying, drinking, annual streaking and general Chaios of NIRSA is one thing, one thing that gives the tourney some "umph". But destruction of property is something that other cities will be hearing about about using when deciding to allow this tourney. Think there is a reason KC was used twice in he last 5 years?? Its only a matter of time till this thing hits Vegas! I'd expect a few deaths. For God's Sake, their likely isn't enough booze in the entire State of Utah, let alone Salt Lake for next year!!

If Oshkosh loses all their seniors - setter Sederberg, their "big nasty" in the middle and jumpin' hitter #6, and a couple others, that's quite a blow. Losing the freshman middle would hurt even more. Hold your horses there about Oshkosh losing those guys....The only ones leaving (as I stated earlier) are the serving specialist for Big Stupid (Lefty Middle) and me (Opp). We will have Sederface, JT, and Semrad, along w/ other starters Nate Sederberg and libero Aaron Wayne--and back row Dave Pautz (will take my place at RSH barring some big recruit--which has been known to happen)....so you may want to consider reevaluating those predictions

First, don't take everything so serious. You act as if you were disrespected by my comment. Second, I know my team was tired on Saturday A) Our top three players all were hurting (shins, knee, and back) B) Our middles were hung over, 1 couldn't stop yaking sat. morning. C) We were the laziest 7 volleyball players I have ever seen all season. We have no problem with our laziness, so you shouldn't either. It is the way we choose to play and we had a ton of fun doing so. That is all that matters to us, that WE had fun and enjoyed OUR team. I am not making any excuses for us for losing. We didn't deserve to win at all and we know that and are happy with where we finished. The whole purpose of that comment was just me more or less thinking outloud that I thought our team was older than the average NIRSA team. I am aware of old school scoring, and played using it for quite a few years. Yes, you do get more tired in those games. I am sure nationals back in the day was a bear. Congrats to the people who played that way and back then, I am sure they had to be in good physical condition all year. But that was then and this is now. I think it is time to move on from the past and applaud all the current NIRSA Champions. The Arizona's and West Coast teams from the 90's are not walking through the gates at the NIRSA championships anytime in the future, so get with the times and focus on the present. I will say, this messageboard has made a few of my lecture classes the past few weeks a little more interesting. Playing poker online during class gets old after awhile. I was not offended at all, but found your comment humorous. And I could not agree more, its your team and if you guys are happy and had fun, and thats all that matter to you...then more power to you. My first Nationals, we could barely walk after the second day...luckily a few bowls and a few dozen beers later we felt better....until we awoke on Sunday morning. "Online Poker in class??" Damn, just one more reason I wish I were still in college. Congrats on a good year

Someone was telling me that this kids team was going around trying to raise $2000 to bail him out and pay his fines Sat. night. Wonder if that was true.[/quote]
Yeah really funny! That kid ran over two women, one of which spent all night at the hospital. He was arrested and righly so! Bail money was not going to help him out! Two assault charges and some other charges he might still be in jail.
Strieking is funny if no body gets hurt, this time it wasn't. What team was he from?
