Anthony Spittle will join his brothers at UC Irvine. He is a very athletic setter and super competitive. Good addition to the anteater team.

I don't see him ever playing except maybe libro. I saw him play on Monday and he is an average setter and is only 5'10". The other setter that night was much better, I think his name was Cooper O'Conner.

I watched Anthony play on monday against Los Al. He played with the most heart I've seen anybody play with in a long time. But ofcourse thats the way their entire family is, both of his brothers get excited every play and thats why they have a good vball family. Unfortunately he is only 5,10 and like his brothers is probably done growing. At the college level that is definitely not an advantage. Cooper did set better at that game but i think anthony played better overall

Do you know if Cooper is playing anywhere next year? I do agree that Anthony does have heart and I bet that he will be a good libro in a couple of years. Also, where is Steven Gergas going next year? (Not that I think he is any good, but he is tall and really lazy)

It will be intresting to see if Anthony sees the court at UCI, he is a very good competitor but hes a little on the short side. He can compete with his brother nick for the libero position maybe. Or get big ups like his brother paul and maybe play setter as well.
