Where on earth did David Duval come from? His return from Narnia is shaping up to be fairly impressive.

Duval has occasionally showed flashes of his old self. I don't think he can consistently play like that for 4 rounds.

I might just have to strangle the next moron that yells "....in the hole!!!....." or "...you the man.....!!!!" Retards.

I agree. Every time FIGJAM hits the ball. I've been to Oak Hill on several occasions to watch pro-golf because it's a great excuse to leave work and I swear his fans annoy me the most.

NY fans are annoying in general. Especially when their boozin it up. I did like the one guy that yelled at Sergio to "...hit the friggin ball, Sergio!!!"(I might have added the "friggin" part in for effect) His stupid 30 second regripping ritual was a nightmare. Must have worked, cause the Twerpy Spaniard doesn't seem to do it anymore.

And BTW- I think figjam gets a bit of a bad rap. A lot of the players resent him cause he takes the time to sign autographs and actually interact with the fans. It makes some of them, including Tiger, look bad. So the standard line is that he's a big phony. Whatever. The people spreading this around have probably never met him, they're just regurgitating what's been spread around in the press. I've never met the guy, so maybe he is a jerk. Good luck trying to get an autograph from Tiger after a match. You might get your head bit off by Stevie ("I carry a guys bag, but I think I'm Bigtime") Williams. LOL.

Sergio was actually thinking about ringing.. .R's neck.. Tiger shoots 64 tomorrow and is back near the top. GO TWINS! oh ...and " it's in the hole" doesn't work when it's a par 5, 625 yard, tee shot..

Sergio was actually thinking about ringing .R' neck.. I don't get it. Was it R that yelled at him to hit the ball? Or did he want to wring his neck because he's a commie, pinko, bastard?

I've had the pleasure of meeting several pro golfers (male and female). While you're right that figjam takes the time to sign autographs and is a friend to the fan, he's an absolute jerk behind closed doors. He's got two perhaps three sides (maybe even more) to him that are totally different. And to each his own, but at least with Tiger I know which Tiger it is because it's the same all the time. One of the many things I think has always bothered me about pro athletes. I'd rather they be themselves.

Or did you hear about it from a friend of your cousins hairdresser, who's uncle is a friend of Phil's gardener. LOL. We'll I'm waiting..... And furthermore....I've had the pleasure of having dinner with Joe Montana at his home, but I certainly wouldn't consider myself an expert on his character. People think that because they met someone once, that they know what they're all about. Maybe he was having a bad day, like all of us do. I just love the way people judge others that they don't really know. I don't know Mickelson from Adam, but I'm guessing that you don't either and are just repeating what you have heard from others. If I'm wrong and he harmed you in some way, then I apologize for my misconception. "Figjam", by the way ought to give you some clue as to the class of the people making the accusations. PS- When you finish reading PEOPLE magazine and THE NATIONAL ENQUIRER, you can let us know who the other a$$holes are out there

I don't know him personally and I don't think I ever said that I did. I would say that FIGJAM came from the pros that tour with him and part of it stems from jealousy and there's a little bit of truth to it as well. I think you read too much into the posts and are trying to make something out of nothing, but I digress. The company I work donates loads of money to charity. One of the many happens to be Tiger's, and Phil and Amy's. I had the pleasure of representing our company at tour events because I love sports and I get the chance to talk our company up. Of the occasions where I have had to interact with him in person he gave an autograph instead of a tip, and almost reduced some PGA staffer to tears. The poor kid was sweating his balls off to make sure he was hydrated and instead of giving the kid a $20 he gives him an autograph. The PGA staffer was taking notes and reading stuff back to him and instead of politely correcting the kid (must have been a summer internship or something), he lost his cool real fast and I sat there just flabbergasted at the lack of professionalism. I could understand if the kid had flubbed up several times during the session, but it was his first day and he wasn't getting any leeway from a guy who's supposed to be a nice guy. I could see if the autograph thing was just a fluke, but it happened twice and both times he, myself, his publicist, our VP, and his foundation lackey was present. Maybe he's mellowed out since then, but this was before his first major and before his wife got sick so who knows.
