I'm allowing you to select more than one option because any and all the above people may in fact be the same person.

That's amusing.
I'm what you might call an internet old fart. My sockpuppet and alias days are far behind me.

That's amusing. I'm what you might call an internet old fart. My sockpuppet and alias days are far behind me. From what I've observed, researched, and guessed, I think you're probably just a few years ahead of me. I'm long past my sockpuppet days, but I don't think I'll ever let go of the alias. In fact, back in the day I used my real name for FIDO, Usenet, and BBS discussions, because it really was like having a big group of pen pals and it was cool to get to know people from all over -- but it was a relatively insulated group since so few people knew how to use the technology, and except for the people that used mail readers to keep their own archive of downloaded messages most of your words had a relatively short shelf life. These days the technology and algorithms are TOO good. You put something online attached to yourself and 5-10 years later employers, associates, co-workers, family members, coaches, parents, recruits, competitors, prosecutors, Government Health Care Death Panels, etc. will easily be able to find it.

Actually, technology is even better than you describe. There is no real anonymity on the internet, except for security professionals who go to extraordinary lengths.

shockjock is an assclown so I guessed GSOBB. Well, I was gonna vote for you, but then I realized that VT can only have one buttpiratejockey and you've already laid claim to that title.

I dunno who shockjock is, but I'm willing to bet that he/she spells better than you. A bet you would certainly lose. Altering someone's name as a means of disrespect is trolling 101 -- hence your use of "blobassphace", others' use of BarcaloungerBob, and so on.
