Right. You should have seen all the coverage the volleyball team was getting in the local papers.
The *only* good thing about this is watching the Packer fans' reaction -- and, believe me, they are everywhere.

Did Favre decide to come back again? If so, my reaction is, "Suckers" It just increased the Pack's chances of winning the North.

Right. You should have seen all the coverage the volleyball team was getting in the local papers. Both major papers had just finished plans to run a special section on the Gopher volleyball team to run next week. ;D Now, plans have been canceled. ![>:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/angry.png) I have been a Viking fan for much of my life. Hardcore until 1998. What happened in 1998? Gary Anderson's missed field goal. It was also about the time I started following Gopher volleyball. Now I wish they would just leave and allow a little more coverage of the volleyball program. Wishful thinking.

There was an episode of How I Met Your Mother where two of the characters go to a Minnesota bar and the kick is mentioned a few time which leads to everyone in the bar pounding on a table and yelling "damn!" It's pretty funny, except to you Minnesota fans.

Four Super Bowl losses (and flops in each one) toughens you a bit.

Buffalo wasn't a flop either. Certainly not in their first.

I still don't understand why it is pronounced "FAR - V". Seems to me the "R" is after the "V".

Buffalo wasn't a flop either. Certainly not in their first. No one has felt the pain of disappointment like Buffalo. 4 superbowl losses,Tennessee throwback, and No goal (99 Sabres). It is tough to be a Buffalo fan. We don't even have a good collegiate VB team to root on. Still waiting to get a men's D1 team. Been in the works a loooooonggggg time.
