i find it hard to believe the trojans swept penn state and are listed three places below them still , i don't want to sound like a mpsf homer but how can they not be at least higher in the polls than a team they swept , i also see pepperdine is still ahead of longbeach and they got swept at home last week by the 49 ers

That is really close, so it isn't a huge deal to see Pepperdine above Long Beach. I am a bit amused that Penn State stayed that high, however I didn't expect a huge drop. Between them and Loyola, there is a huge point gap and I didn't expect USC to make up that many points on their wins and Penn State to lose that many based on their loses.
