The 4C Totally Light 2Go Big Shot Volleyball Series, presented by Rider Sandals, is kicking into high gear throughout the East Coast in May. After 5 successful tournaments throughout Florida in March/April, the tour is moving up the East Coast in May with tournaments in Hilton Head and Isle of Palms, SC, Long Beach on Long Island, NY and New London, CT.
The Big Shot Volleyball Series holds 35 events leading to the August 28-29 $8,000 Big Shot Championships at Bally’s in Atlantic City, NJ, the $10,000 AVP East Coast Championships Oct. 9-10 in Clearwater Beach, FL and the EEVB Nationals Oct. 16-17 in Siesta Key, FL.

The 4C Totally Light 2G0 Big Shot Volleyball Series is the largest amateur beach volleyball program on the East Coast with over 4,000 players competing in at least 1 event. The top players on the tour advance onto the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball. Current Olympic Gold Medalist Phil Dalhausser won 9 Big Shot Tournaments on his way to the Beijing Olympics.
Separate divisions will be held for players of intermediate and novice levels on Saturday and Sunday. The $60 entry fee entitles players to a full day of tournament play, an official Rider Sandal Big Shot Volleyball t-shirt, and a chance to win merchandise prizes from tournament sponsors 4C Totally light 2Go, Rider Sandals, Native Eyewear, Sarasota Convention & Visitors Bureau, Rox Volleyball, Wilson Sports, Venus Swimwear, Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority, Bally’s Casino, Vincere Sand Socks, 1st Place Volleyball, Sweet Tomatoes, Park & Sun net systems, Dig Magazine, Sportime, AVPNext, Sixpak.com Volleygear, WVVH-TV, Horry County, McM Restoration, and Spike Key.
