Men’s Volleyball Head Coach
Lees-McRae College is seeking applicants for the position of Men’s Volleyball Head Coach. Duties consist of running an NCAA Division II men’s volleyball program, recruiting, budget management, scheduling, traveling, player development and all aspects pertaining to the rules of Lees-McRae College, Conference Carolinas, and the NCAA.
Experience as a successful head volleyball coach at the collegiate level is expected. The successful candidate will have an understanding of the role of athletics at a quality liberal arts college as well as the ability to communicate that knowledge is essential. Master’s degree required. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, written and oral, are a necessity. Additional responsibilities could be assigned depending on educational background and experience. Ten month appointment.
