Their assistant coach sure is having one heck of a year. A year out of school, took over the women's program in the fall, now the men. Good luck to her!

The strange fact is that no Conference Carolina team has been able to consistently hold a coach on the men's side. Several reasons could attribute to this. King may be the exception if I recall correctly.

the Mount Olive coach was there for 4 years but also had health issues. The LMC coach who was there before Goodridge, Patrik, I think was there a few years. Other than that most of the programs are firly new and it's D2 so you can't expect to get paid much unless you like the cheap cost of living.

problem the conference carolina schools have with retention is the ability to financially hold coaches there for both men's and women's heads jobs

Any candidates that could apply for the LMC head coach position? Lees McRae should be done by middle to end of the week I heard from a source. If it's who I heard, it's a good fit and good get for LMC.

LMC hires Dave Schmidlin no release as of yet but he confirmed it on Facebook. Good hire for Lees-McRae ? I guess the presumption would be yes? I don't think LMC has any seniors on their roster based off a quick glance. If their final record or performance is any worse next year than this year, then it probably was a bad hire. Good hire for now.
