BYU has been playing well, and Beach has been struggling. But Beach is always tough in the Pyramid.
It doesn't hurt that BYU got a chance to play in the Active Ankle Tourney there just a couple weeks ago. They may have gotten a little more acclimated than Beach wants them to be.

CSUN really looked good last night. It was a great team effort. Although Dan Rhodes still led the team in kills with 19, the attack was balanced with 10 each for the middles and 8 each for the outsides. Vance's serving was spot on and although he only earned 2 aces, his serve caused at least 5 overpasses for points and multiple free ball returns.
The great thing to watch for a CSUN fan was how well they played defense and were willing to scrap for every point. They cam back from 4 points twice in game 2 and as much as 7 in game 3.
If they can continue the momentum, it continue the momentum it will be a fun playoff for CSUN. Unfortunately, it looks like they will finish in 4 or 5. Due to the decision not to re-seed this year, the winner of that game gets to play # 1 seed (ouch).

Mac, They live broadcast every home match. Just go to www.csun.edu, pick althletics and go to men's volleyball. They don't have that Live Audio Broadcast link on their Volleyball site, which is where I went and where it'd be logical to have it. I would have listened to it. But thanks anyway. Mac, Let me help you with this one. Go to www.csun.edu. Select Athletics. Beneath the men's, women's and general info links (on the left side of the screen), is a box labeled, "live audio broadcast click here." There is even a microphone in the box to make it easier for you to see. If a game is in play the men's vb link has link to the live broadcast. If I were you, I would just use the link on the left side of the page, under the men's, women's and general info links. It's less confusing that way. Hopefully you'll be able to listen next time.
