I bid of FYI Jacek aka Jack, plays for Stellar Sports, the first ever New York City based boys volleyball club program in years. It is run by Michael Salak former EIVA All-Conference Selection who played at LIU-Southampton (DII, dropped program at the end of their season last year.) He also played professionally in Belgium for two years with former US Volleyball Team Member Kyle Robinson, who also played along Mike at LIU-Southampton. Stellar has a few solid kids to look at too. James Archer, 6'6" Opp..Raw kid learning the to play the Opposite position, but is currently a middle on his high school team. He's Looking at Michigan (none volleyball) and Harvard. Solid grades, lots of upside. James also practices with Mike's adult mens team at opposite. Currently he isn't playing club because NYC's boys high school is is on. James plays for Hunter College High School. Titus Samuel, 6'4" MB...Very raw, but very good and is only getting better. Solid blocker needs to improve his hitting range. Titus playes for Norman Thomas High School. He and James face each other during the high school and compete in the same division. Makes for good conversation between the boys during the club season.
These two boys are solid players and can help at any program. Like Jack they will be projects, but their up sides are great. They want to learn and improve. Of course they are not at Jack's level but then again how can they be, they're not 7'2". Keep an eye out for these two guys. They might just end up on a team in DII some where if they get a good look. Most likely at East Coasts.
