Didn't see the UCLA game but I'll tell you this, Long Beach was amazing, they have definitely turned 180 since regular season... Especially with Hutton in on the opp, and Budinger in the middle... its a completely different team. It will be a great final match. Thats all I have to say.

LBSU beat UCLA twice in the regular season................
Pepperdine beat UCLA twice in the regular season and lost in the tourney play-offs....
UCI beat LBSU twice in the regular season and lost in the tourney play-offs....
Logic says UCLA SHOULD WIN. I hate logic!!!!

I have to think at this point that LBSU will win the conference championship.
I would love my Bruins to win though!

Why on earth would anyone count UCLA out with the way that they have been playing the past month?
I really WANT LBSU to win, but it will be a real battle. They both want it badly!

Bigfan a little off. The Beach lost to UCLA a couple of weeks ago at UCLA. We did beat them in the Active Ankle tournament earlier this year and at home during the conference. Can't wait going to be some great VB.
GO BEACH!!!!

It's gonna be a real battle. Forget all the stats, the match could go either way.

Both teams are playing the best they have all season. It will be fun to watch!

What concerns me for this match. After UCLA's match they cheered. Shook hands and got off the court without too muich excitement. LBSU stormed the court as if the just won the national Championship. Too often I have seen a team, win a big game only to play a little flat in the following game. LBSU acted as if that was the season last night. If LBSU comes out anything short of yesterdays effort, they will lose. I am partial to LBSU, but I got UCLA in 4.

I think Beach will take it in 5, but you never know w/ postseason UCLA. I wouldn't be surprised if the Bruins pulled off the win in 4. Either way though, I'm happy for the pivotal seniors on both squads...winner gets a shot @ the Nat'l Championship. Bren Ctr, here I come

UCLA had better get a lot more bodies in the seats other than family and friends to offset LB great fanbase. That really helped the team keep up thier energy level against UCI. I just hope we didn't see LB's peak game and they can carry it over to the final.
UCLA has really done a great job peaking now. Mid-season they seemed to be in shambles with even the faithful losing heart. They were good against Pepp in the semis, but they will need more if LB plays as good as it played last nite.
