Anyone else glad to see the almighty Heat struggle and lose last night?
30 points in a half is pathetic. Don't care about injuries or any other excuses. But an NBA team should be putting up close to 30 points a quarter.
Not that I'm a Celtics fan, but I was glad the Heat lost to a team that plays like a team and knows how to play defense.
the question is how long into the season before Pat Reilly takes over the coaching?

I was born and raised in Cleveland as a die-hard sports fan. I would have understood LBron wanting to move on but the way he did it really upset me. I just hope anybody but the Heat wins the championship this year...but if they win I would be happy for Z (one of my all time favorite NBA players)

LeBron showed in the 3rd quarter that he is the best basketball player in the world. I think the Heat will be just fine as the season progresses. BTW, Shaq. was great in the 1st half and will be a big plus for the Celtics. True that LeBron handled his departure poorly. The ESPN show was stupid and he owed his Cleveland management advance notice. If I were LeBron, I would get new advisors. Of course the owner of Cavs showed himself to be a clown.

I was glad Boston picked up Shaq. He's a class act and Boston was in a position where they needed him. They'll be better off when Perkins returns and they won't need him to play so many minutes. Shaq will tend to slow down their offense though. IMO.
