She won’t be one of the best outsides in the country. She’s a good player but I could name 10 better OHs without putting much thought into it. I do think she will start the season though. Just because I'm bored, please name those 10 outsides who you think are better all-around players. lol you did add all around players. That wasn’t what you originally said but sure. I would take Dani Drews, Pressly, Mac May, Kylie Deberg, Ali Stumler, Molly Haggerty, Julia Bergman, Logan Eggleston, Thayer Hall.

That's different from "10 better OH's", which is the post you were responding to. Anyways, FWIW, here's 10 of my favorite outside hitters who all have all-around game. Not here to argue who would be more beneficial to a team than McClure, because that depends on many factors. Polina Shemanova Syracuse Yossaiana Pressley Baylor Mariena Hayden UNLV McKenna Melville UCF Dani Drews Utah Mac May UCLA Maria Mallon Cincinnati Efrosini Alexakou St. John's Julia Bergmann Georgia Tech Dilara Gedikoglu Arizona lol they said All-Around game and you put some of these players?🤣 need I say more? You’re trippin.

That was added on when the poster realized there’s no way they could argue with people when they posted 10 objectively better players... Also I’m sure you’re attacking pressly about the all around part because I’m not sure who else on that list is really arguable. Presslys back row attack makes up for any passing problems she might have.

I think McClure is a great player but she isn’t top 10 in the country. She might not even be top 20

You’re trippin. ........ The best OH servers in the country are on the list. A couple of the best left-side blockers are on that list. Some of the best defensive (dig) outsides are on that list. The best attackers definitely are. The post says MY 10 FAVORITE players who have all-around game. None of thsoe players are 3-rotation or highly specialized players. Some might control the ball better than Pressley - but they don't block or attack as well as her. Pressley is one of the best left-side blockers in the country.

Their players must have fantastic all-around games to be in those positions though right?

ANY of those listed would start over McClure if you’re too much of a homer to see that than I’m sorry.

All 10 players on my list played in the post-season except ONE - Polina Shemanova of Syracuse. If you've never heard of those players, then you're not watching enough NCAA volleyball or even close to being qualified enough to even make comments on the subject. Shemanova would start on any team in the country. Let me guess - you've never heard of Polina Rahimova either? the criteria was All-Around game. And no, the best attackers in the country are not on that list but ok. I'm waiting to hear who the better outside attackers are that are missing from that list.

Never did I make the claim that McClure was better. But those OH suggestions were atrocious to even be considered top ten choices for best all-around game. Then the poster wanted to break it up into categories. That also doesn’t constitute an all-around game when you pick and choose various categories at what people are supposedly top-ten at, when in reality it’s actually comical some would think that way. Yes that is my argument. You’re not that great or a player to be considered top ten if your team doesn’t even make the tournament. That’s collegiate volleyball. If they were so great, then they should’ve had no issues at least making a tourney.
