If Rubin was mad/frustrated on Saturday, just imagine the fire she'll bring in the tourney losing the 4th seed to a team she (and the team) just beat Back in 2004, Florida lost its last regular season match and its conference tournament final to the same team. In return, the NCAA took away its seed and brought Stanford to Tallahassee (instead of Gainesville) as the #11 tournament seed. That was the year Stanford played in Burnham Pavilion. That was the first thing I thought about when I saw the placement of Stanford as the #5 tournament seed. The best thing about this insult is that Stanford may have the chance to kick Louisville where the Sun doesn’t shine and knock them out of a home Final Four.

Has anyone else ever won conference setter of the year in two different conferences?

If they gave it to someone else I would have been shocked.

Well deserved indeed. What a queen! I really hope we see her set for the USA Team sooner rather than later (I think Carlini, Hancock are done.. don't know with Poulter). Her competition might come from a fellow Cardinal... Jenna Gray!

Has anyone else ever won conference setter of the year in two different conferences? She's probably the first ever to do it.
