What is a National Award Collection Tour? Does it have something to do with botany?

I haven’t looked at previous pages so this may have already been posted. volleyballmag.com/girls-fab-50-042319/2019 Recruits Kendall Kipp solidly entrenched in the No. 2 spot and Caitie Baird, another Kevin Hambly signee at Stanford, at No. 3…while Selina Xu is fifth, giving Stanford three of the top five recruits in the class. That may already answer the question as to who will have the No. 1 recruiting class here..

I can't remember the criteria for selection to the FAB 50, but I'd like to opine that if Fields is around the same caliber as Kipp, then this class has two great outside hitters. Regarding Baird at #3 and Kubik at #4, Kubik looked much better in the UA HS match. Xu at #5 might be too high, but admittedly I haven't seen her in action in over a year.

I have heard (second-hand) that Hentz said she prefers beach to indoor volleyball. (Maybe it's the softer surface.)
But I haven't seen any evidence she is interested in playing pro beach, either.

Xu is the top setter in her class forsure, so where’ve you think the highest setter should be rated is where she should be. If you think it’s lower than 5 than that’s fine, but she should be above any other setter for sure. Baird had a bad match at the UA game. She is much better than what she played

I had actually heard the opposite. That she is interested in continuing indoor professionally and possible NT. Still wish I could have seen her and Plummer play beach together one time.

Payton Chang is transferring to northwestern !! I dislike that phraseology; makes it sound like she didn't graduate, left things unfinished. I prefer: Payton Chang will be attending graduate school at Northwestern! In any case, Good Luck Payton!

She may enjoy beach more, but feel her VB future is indoors, where her skills are in higher demand.
