Okay sports fans, last week was too easy. From now on, I want your predictions on the match winners, AND how many games played (no scores, just games won & lost). Okay? This will definitely separate the men from the boys (or women from the boys). Here are this week’s (March 25-29) matches: Long Beach @ BYU (2 matches) UCLA @ Northridge Northridge @ UC-Irvine UC-Santa Barbara @ UC-Irvine Hawaii @ UC-San Diego (2 matches) USC @ UC-Santa Cruz USC @ Stanford USC @ Pacific Pepperdine @ Pacific Pepperdine @ Stanford LaVerne @ UC-Santa Barbara Remember...to predict the GAMES PLAYED as well. Good luck.

Let's see what happens this week.

Hey SweetieVBfan... The scoring for the T.V.P. Contest is as follows: We still will have the "win-loss" format, BUT in the event of a tie, we will utilize the "games played" to determine the winner. The "games Played" bonus points will be for EACH match picked CORRECTLY: 20 pts. for a correct games played pick 10 pts. for 1 game off 5 pts. for 2 games off. If we still have a tie after that, then vbcrusin can be bribed with money. Actually, if we still have ties, then we will go the ultimate challenge of predicting games AND SCORES (however, I don't think that will be necessary). Good luck to everyone, especially ME! ;D

One more week of predictions coming your way: Feast your eyes on these!
Long Beach @ BYU (2 matches) - BYU needs some wins to stay in second place, they'll get these two (3-1, 3-1) UCLA @ Northridge - UCLA gets tired of losing, they win this one (3-2) Northridge @ UC-Irvine - UC-Irvine over the Matadors (3-2) UC-Santa Barbara @ UC-Irvine - UC-Irvine likes winning, so they continue against UCSB (3-1) Hawaii @ UC-San Diego (2 matches) - Umm... anyone have UH on these? I do, twice. (3-0, 3-0) USC @ UC-Santa Cruz - UC-Santa Cruz?? Am I serious? Yep, USC just HAS to lose this one. (3-2) USC @ Stanford - Stanford (3-0) USC @ Pacific - Pacific (3-1) Pepperdine @ Pacific - Pepperdine (Why is it called Pepperdine?) (3-1) Pepperdine @ Stanford - Pepperdine is pretty good... so they'll win. (3-1) LaVerne @ UC-Santa Barbara - Shirley. Oh wait, this is volleyball, how about UCSB to win? Why am I picturing a glove on a beer bottle? (3-0)
