okay, i know most of the conversations about the poll revolve around the top 4 or 5 teams.
but does anyone notice that UC San Diego has 6 points and USC isn't even on the list? i'm going to assume that USC is the team with one point.
i don't understand it. USC has beaten Lewis AND UCSD. why don't they have more points?
just trying to stick up for the little guy.

UCSD has a couple of decent wins (although against the same team)and also show pretty well against some good teams
def Ohio St 30-28, 30-23, 30-15
def Ohio St 26-30, 30-27, 30-26, 30-20
decent showings against top teams
loss to UCLA 30-28, 30-24, 28-30, 31-29
lost to Irvine 27-30, 30-21, 30-26, 30-21
lost to Stanford 30-24, 34-32, 31-33, 30-24
lost to Irvine 32-30, 36-34, 30-28
lost to UCLA 37-35, 30-23, 30-26
los to BYU 28-30, 30-23, 30-27. 30-22
lost to BYU 30-28, 30-28, 30-27
with exception to some scores in the losses to UCLA and Stanford, they pretty much hung with them throughout the games even taking some games off of them
Plus, UCSD just defeated USC on March 12
