errr..I'm just wondering a couple of things. Is there a reason why Delgado is red-shirted this season? He did pretty well last season.... And this is going to sound weird but...does anyone know if Kimo has Hawaiian blood? ---- just wondering....lol

Christian Kimo Tuyay is 100% Manong. His father Jim is a San Diego born and raised Pilipino. His father was stationed at Subase, Pearl Harbor and graduated from the UH in the 70's. His mom is a former PAL Stewardess (Philippine Airlines) who met her husband in Honolulu. They lived in Hawaii before moving back to San Diego to raise a family. Kimo grew up in San Diego his whole life. His sister Pua played volleyball for Rutgers University with Casey Castillo - Kamehameha School. He picked Hawaii over UCLA. Mabuhay

I wonder if Al would have griped on how Kimo sets if he were a Bruin instead of a Warrior?

Some wonder if Jim is really Kimo's dad. Jim is 5 '7 and Kimo is 6'2.
Does anyone know how tall the UPS man is , in his neighborhood?

I don't think it's uncommon for short parents to have really tall kids. Lots of milk and fatty hamburgers. Yum...

That doesn't mean that's NOT his real father. Look at Yao that plays for Houston (NBA), both his parents aren't as tall as Yao either!

My son is 6'6" and I am 5'4" - his dad is tall, but I should have drug him down at least a little bit. Good nutrition has made our youngsters much taller than their parents.
Perhaps Chin Ho was just joking - give him the benefit of the doubt.
