The Matadors of CSUN defeated the UCLA Bruins tonight in four games. ;D Scores: 30-26, 27-30, 34-32, 30-25 Great defense for CSUN and another excellent hitting performance from opposite hitter from Joe Nargi - MPSF Player of the Week for the second time this season.
CSUN trails 46-4-1(now 46-5-1) in the all-time series with the UCLA and is 1-21(now 2-21) against the Bruins on CSUN's homecourt. It's been a very loooong time CSUN swept UCLA. Way back in 1991.
Good job CSUN - you looked good out there.
Scott Morrow of UCLA went out with an injury. Any Bruin fans know what happened to his arm?
Go Matadors!!

The week isn't over yet - we'll see who is player of the week next Tuesday. It was Jeff Ptak this past week.

I too and everyone else who follows men's collegiate volleyball would like to know who will be the player of the week when it will be released next week Tuesday, but I was referring to JOE NARGI in my previous post as the player of the week of March 26th. Obviously I didn't make myself clear - some people got it and some didn't. A couple of my friends pointed out your comment to me and I just checked it out - hope your player gets the weekly award. Go Matadors! The week isn't over yet - we'll see who is player of the week next Tuesday. It was Jeff Ptak this past week.
