As we approach the home stretch of this MPSF season...how does everyone think the conference will close out? I know this was a thread about 2 weeks ago but things may have changed with some key victories and defeats... Each team only had 3-5 matches left (Northridge ONLY 2)...
I'm curious to see where everyone finishes and who y'all think will be left out...
...my guess is that UCLA waited too long to make a move.

I saved the thread from a few weeks ago, when a few of us predicted the season ending records. Here they are: bangdown Strickly a guess here, but this is how I predict the finish. 1 Pepp 19-3 2 BYU 16-6 3 Hawaii 15-7 4-t Irvine 13-9 (UCI will get the higher seed 'cause of 3-0 win) 4-t Long Beach 13-9 6 UCLA 12-10 7-t Stanford 11-11 (Stanford will win 3-0) 7-t Northridge 11-11 OUT---Pacific 10-12 UCSB 5-17 USC 2-20 UCSD 1-21 Spike By the way my novice predictions are: 1-Pepperdine 21-1 2-UH 17-5 3-BYU 16-6 4-LBS 13-9 5-Northridge 13-9 6-UCI 12-10 7-Stanford 12-10 8-UCLA 10-12 9-Pacific 10-12 10-UCSB 5-17 11-USC 3-19 12-UCSD 0-22 Vballmom 1) Pepperdine 19-3 2) BYU 16-6 3) Hawaii 16-6 4) LBSU 15-7 or 14-8 5) UOP 13-9 6) CSUN 13-9 7) Stanford 13-9 8) UCI 10-11 VBCrusin My MPSF final season predictions: (1) Pepperdine 20-2 (2) Brigham Young 18-4 (3) Hawaii 17-5 (4) Northridge 14-8 (5) Stanford 12-10 (6 Tie) UC-Irvine 11-11 (6 Tie) Pacific 11-11 (7) Long Beach 10-12 (8) UCLA 8-14 (9) UC-Santa Barbara 5-17 (10) USC 3-19 (11) UC-San Diego 0-22 Does anyone want to make any adjustments or corrections? Let me think about it. I'll post later.

Okay Fans... I made 6 minor changes in my previous post a few weeks ago. My season-ending predictions are as follows: VBCrusin My MPSF final season predictions: (1) Pepperdine 20-2 (2) Hawaii 17-5 (3) Brigham Young 16-6 (4) Pacific 15-7 (5) Northridge 14-8 (6) Stanford 13-9 (7) UC-Irvine 11-11 (8) Long Beach 10-12 (9) UCLA 9-13 (10) UC-Santa Barbara 5-17 (11) USC 2-20 (12) UC-San Diego 1-21 If my predictions are correct...that would leave UCLA out in the cold. Now it's your turn...who are your season-ending finishers?

I am not usually into all the predictions but I will give a go at it.
1) Pepperdine 2) BYU 3) Hawaii 4) Pacific 5) Irvine 6) Northridge 7) Stanford 8) Long Beach
Is it just me or is everyone just dying to see UCLA left out of the tournament this year? (No offense to the UCLA fans)

Well, there is some adjusting to do for sure.
1) Pepperdine 20-2 2) Hawaii 17-5 3) BYU 16-6 4) UOP 14-8 5) LBSU 6) CSUN 7) Stanford 8) UCI
Positions 4-7, could all shift up or down - I don't feel very confident about 4-8, actually. The only thing I am feeling pretty sure about is that UCLA is out. Too little, too late for them.

Thanks for the heads up, Possible...an oversight when I made some changes. It should have posted 13-9. What are your season end choices?
