I think either 8 or 10 with 10 being what it has been in the past.

OK, my bad for overlooking this earlier thread. ![:-[](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/embarrassed.png) Really looking forward to this tournament ...it's a great chance to see some of the non-midwest teams. Any of the top ranked teams could take this, though I think Penn State has to prove they've got more weapons than the one big hitter.

Don't expect pools until all team's tournament entry fees have been received.

An interesting note as I was looking at the teams on the website today. #11 UW-Madison isn't on that list, neither is #24 Virginia Tech, or #25 Illinois State.
The first 2 teams both have their websites fairly updated, and both list that they are planning on going to IU for the tournament. and both have been there in past years. For Illinois State it's just a guess but they've been there in the past. I can't find ISU's website so I can't check it out.
Thinking about adding those teams though, the list could look like this, classified by ranked teams, D2 ranked teams, then a few teams that did well in their first conference tournament, and then just everyone else. For those counting at home, thats 22 ranked teams between D-1 and D-2 out of 39 teams, with 1 team left to add presumably.
#1 University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh #2 University of Arizona #3 Penn State University #4 University of Illinois A #5 Lakeland College #9 Texas A&M University #10 University of Notre Dame #11 University of Wisconsin-Madison #14 University of Colorado #15 Michigan State University #16 Marquette University #18 University of Central Florida #21 Indiana University A #24 Virginia Tech #25 Illinois State University HM University of Missouri HM Florida State University HM Ohio State University
D2 #2 Ohio Northern University D2 #7 University of Wisconsin-Platteville D2 # 8 Baldwin Wallace University D2 #10 Western Illinois University
Northern Illinois University Purdue University University of Dayton University of Miami-Ohio
Ball State University Iowa State University University of Georgia University of Cincinnati United States Naval Academy University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee DePaul University Wright State University College of Dupage University of Buffalo Vincennes University University of Illinois B Indiana University B

Theres goin out on a limb
I'm gonna mix things up a little bit and go with Illinois over Texas A+M and 'Zona over.....how about either Penn State, Ohio Northern or Notre Dame.
And lets go Illinois over Zona in the finals
by the way ive never seen Texas A+M or Arizona play, im just takin a stab in the dark, and just like March Madness its NEVER just the 1-4 seeds.
