Very good new documentary about George Harrison on HBO. Directed by Martin Scorsese. Watched it last night. Hard to believe it's 10 years in November that George died.

Another reason why I wish I still had HBO. George was very much underappreciated, imo.

If you've not seen this and/or heard the music, it is a must for fans of George. I still get chills when I watch it as his son Dhani could just as easily be his twin. www.concertforgeorge.com/Here is one of the best performances of the evening.

That was a very good concert.
A good interview with his son Dhani and what rebellion meant in the Harrison family for a teenage Dhani. He said his dad would sometimes tell him you don't have to go to school today, let's do this or that . . . Dhani said to rebel in his family was to go to school!
Ringo is now 71 and Paul, 69.

And I love when George, Roy Orbinson, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan and Jeff Lynne created Traveling Wilburys. Now that was magic!

Here is one of the best performances of the evening. One of the best songs that he wrote. The Beatles declined to record it and also"All things must Pass". Both could have been on "Let it Be" or Abbey Road"
