It looks like straight RPI cutoff is about #48 or 49- obviously there are some interesting changes in RPI this last week. IMHO all teams within 5-7 spots on either side of line have a legitimate shot of making it or getting replaced. Some last week moves in RPI should have some impact when recalculated:
-Missouri St likely moves back -Arizona takes a hit off ASU loss -Baylor loses an important match vs. Kansas -Kansas goes 1-1 (win over Baylor and loss vs K St), but is 3 conference wins really enough? -Ohio St comes up with big win vs Mich to move up in RPI -Notre Dame fails to take advantage of opportunity against higher RPI Dayton -Clemson gets road win vs. Ga Tech and benefits from Miami win over FSU -UCSB takes a hit in last match -Ohio gets big win vs Cincinnati
We will know soon enough but final RPI should have some major impact on last few teams.

Very possible, just don't see how NCAA will tell certain teams that they will have to fly to Hawaii at about 700 per person (except for west coast teams) instead of going to somewhere like Fort Collins for 250 a person. That is assuming the NCAA doesn't subsidize or force Hawaii to subsidize the travel costs. I'm pretty sure that the NCAA pays the travel costs of all teams anyway. At least for the 22 members of the "official traveling party", which covers players, coaches, and support staff, I believe. I think lodging (hotel) costs is also covered for that official traveling party. Granted, if teams wish to bring more than 22, then they have to foot the bill themselves. I believe they pay airfare costs for all teams travelling over 400 miles, and bus costs for anything shorter than 400. (which is why they work to maximize the number of trips less than 400 miles)

I heard tonight that Hawaii will host Washington and two low seeded teams. Good luck.

I thought I would put my guess in for the seeded teams. I have to admit that, personally, I don't agree with what I came up with, but given that the committee loves the RPI here's a guess at what I think will come out tomorrow (taking into account slight adjustments based on this week's match results and trying to prevent seated teams from the same conference meeting until the regional final)...
Hawaii Regional 1. Illinois 8. Hawaii 9. Tennessee 16. Texas A&M
Florida Regional 2. Texas 7. Purdue 10. Florida St. 15. UCLA
Kentucky Regional 3. Iowa State 6. USC 9. Penn St. 14. Kentucky
Minnesota Regional 4. Nebraska 5. Northern Iowa 12. Minnesota 13. Pepperdine
I could also see the committee wanting to give seeds to Florida, Northern Illinois, Stanford, or Cincinnatti.
Also, the way I see it, there's about 13 teams on the bubble for about seven spots (which I'm sure is up for debate) but here's the way I see them ordered:
Ohio St., Marquette, Wichita St., Arizona, Ohio, Middle Tennessee St., TCU, Clemson, Notre Dame, St. Mary's, Baylor, New Mexico St., and Kansas.

The good fits travel wise to Hawaii are Washington, Oregon, USC, UCLA, Stanford, Cal, Pepperdine, San Diego, Arizona, Long Beach State, and St. Mary's. Of this group you can eliminate USC, UCLA, Stanford, and Pepperdine for the first two rounds IMO. So that then leaves UW, Cal, Oregon, San Diego, Arizona, Long Beach State, and St. Mary's. Could very well see St. Mary's making the tourny because of how easy it would be to fly them out to Hawaii instead of a bubble team from the midwest or east coast. The NCAA could go a few different ways and send two middle-tier teams in Long Beach State/San Diego and Arizona or they could send upper teams like Cal/UW/Oregon and then another lesser team from outside this group.

I think it's safe to say that subregional matches in the West will be stacked while in the East hosts will feast on creampuffs early on.
