Impressed with the comments of the Cincy after the game.
The Xavier coach is a complete moron. How do you let your players take part in the post game press conference. So you let your kids go out there and say "We got a bunch of gangsters on this team."?
really?

+1 It's a real shame some of the punks will continue to represent their institutions!! Consider this - - last year, the BYU player was kicked off the team for the remainder of the season for violating the schools code of conduct. Conduct which would have not been an issue at 99% of the other colleges / univesities. The thugs here were suspended between 1 and 6 games. How effed up is that?

What would have been more meaningful punishment, at least for Xavier, would have been if all the players involved had been dropped from their upcoming trip to Hawaii. That probably would resonate a lot more than what they did get.
I don't know what might have been more effective punishment for the Cincy players. The guy throwing blind-side punches, however, probably should have to worry more about the legal courts than the basketball courts at this point.
