Anyway you look at it, my Nils Dauburs and his Pacific team will be in the playoffs. They are 12-8 going into the final week and even if they lose the 2 games remaining, they would still finish at 12-10, good enough, even if UCLA, and the Beach win their 2 remaining games, they would still be at 11-11. Stanford, on the other hand, if they lose all their remaining games and UCLA and Long Beach win all their remaining games, they will all be tied at 11-11. Stanford may not make the playoffs because they lost both games to the Beach and they would then have lost both matches to UCLA also, making them the playoff ineligible. Matches that are very significant this coming week will be Stanford at UCLA and Stnford at Irvine. Long Beach also has to win its match against Northridge. The Beach can't afford to go 9-13 or else its gone. Northridge can lose all its remaining matches and still go to the playoffs at 12-10.

correction: Stanford did not lose both matches to the Beach! UCLA did, however! Get it right!

Pacific Tigers is 12-7 (not 12-8) and is definitely in the MPSF playoff now. Check your informations before posting!
