AVPNext Memberships:
Everyone who plays in an EEVB league or tournament must be a member of AVPNExt, the grass roots organization of the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour. We do this because it helps promote the sport of volleyball.
To register for your AVPNext membership go to www.avp.com/volleyball_nation/avpnext/membership.jsp and select "click here to join"
At the top of the page select East End Volleyball or Newport Volleyball Club as your AVPNext local Promoter
Enter credit card info
Enter player info
Press enter
A confirmation email with your AVPNExt membership # for the 2007 season will be sent to you to save on your computer. League players should forward that email to your captain so that they can enter it on the league roster. Tournament players should print it out and bring it to tournaments as proof of membership
If anyone cannot do the membership online I can send you a form that can be filled out and returned to EEVB. Memberships done in this fashion cost $15 per season.
Online is quicker and cheaper.
Sponsorships:
EEVB is looking for local businesses to become league team sponsors. Local sponsors will receive an ad in our summer magazine, which will be out by Memorial Day Weekend, logo on league t-shirts if they take the 1/2 page option, and teams named after them in each division. A complete sponsorship proposal is online at www.eevb.net/newengland.htm.
EEVB will give a 15% commission to any player that can bring in a local sponsor from your place of business or any local business that you frequent. Please talk to us in advance to make sure that the local sponsor does not conflict with any EEVB sponsors.
A sponsorship proposal for you to use is online at www.eevb.net/newengland.htm
Please let me know if you have any questions. Otherwise go to www.eevb.net/reg and get the season started.
