Sport Court flooring is available on the internet. Order it. Pay for it.
Then throw away the plastic tiles and play on the underlayment.

You might want to try to email University of Washington athletics, I don't know if they still have it but for years they had one sitting in storage. Under Neville they used them and bought a new one right before he he was let go, McLaughlin doesn't like them, so I know it was just sitting in storage as of 4-5 years ago. So email the athletic dept. I'm sure they'd sell for cheap or else donate it if it's for volleyball development if they still have it.
