And, how are they determined? Is it Pool A 1 vs. Pool B 4, etc?

And, how are they determined? Is it Pool A 1 vs. Pool B 4, etc? Yes, and then the 2/3 seeds are drawn instead of just doing A2 vs B3 etc. |
