What are your opinions on who is the top volleyball club in Texas and why? You've put up 2 posts asking the same question, so why don't you begin with your top Texas VB clubs. I'm guessing you are an advocate for 1, maybe 2?

TAV and it's not even close. Not so fast. Just saying it does not mean it is true no matter your experience. Let's look at a few numbers for comparison. TAV says on its web site that is sending 12 teams to Nationals in 2013, " the most in Texas". Most is not true. Skyline is also sending 12 teams to Nationals from Dallas PLUS 3 from Houston, for a total of 15 from Skyline in 2013. Furthermore, Skyline Dallas has sent teams to Nationals in the highest level division in EVERY age group in 2009, 2010, 2011, 1012, and 2013. No other club in the NATION has accomplished this feat of top level consistency. You were correct about one thing...on a total club basis, "it is not even close".

The original question had nothing to do with how many teams were being sent it has to do with the best club, which to me means results once you get there. Four teams made it to the medal stand last year (3 Open - 15/16/17 and 1 American - 13) Also TAV does not have an At-Large bid, only teams that qualified. From NT Region: TAV qualified 12. Skyline qualified 11 + 1 Open At-Large for a total of 12. TAV qualified 10 of 12 at National Qualifiers, and 2 at Regionals. Skyline qualified 8 at National Qualifiers, 3 at Regionals, and 1 At-Large. Kinda hard to argue the numbers...on a total club basis, "it is not even close"

The Mad Frogs from Dallas also have a few age groups that are amazing.
