$400 per appearance? That ain't bad for a couple hours of work. I have a lot of free time and I'm nonthreatening. Then again these are the same people who spent $80,000 on a logo they didn't use.

Vili is a great mascot for the way he tries to motivate the fans and for his school spirit, but some of the things he does just isn't appropriate. He's giving UH a bad name with some of this antics that he is pulling at the football games.
That run-in with the cheerleader was un-called for and shouldn't have happened.
Vili is a great mascot, he just has to tone down his spirit and just concentrate on being the Warriors mascot and leave the opposing team alone.

Throwing a bracelet at a cheerleader may be uncalled for, especially when dollar bills are so much more effective. However, I think more mascots need to be body slammed, whether it is staged or not.

He should have attacked or chopped down that dancing tree from Stanford. I enjoyed watching him and his family on the UH telecasts was unaware of any inappropriate behavior. I find the timing of this suspect since the incident analysis report from the Hawaii - Houston game is coming up soon. Is he being made to be the Fall guy? hmmmm Anyway, he is better than that cartoon character Warrior UH had for a while.
