Lily looks best when she's blonde and full. In some matches at the Stan Sheriff, she looked kinda skinny.

Boy, that last picture of Lily attacking is funny. I have a feeling the block won't even feel the ball.

does anyone noe wat lauren's stats were? From the article: “ ðåçóëüòàòå ÷åãî Ëèëè íà÷àëà ìàò÷ â ñòàðòîâîì ñîñòàâå, ïðîâåäÿ âñþ èãðó öåëèêîì. Ëîðåí æå ÷óòü ïîçæå âûøëà íà çàìåíó. " Literally translated it means: Lilly started and played the whole match, Loren got in a little bit later. Looking at the pictures up there she’s blocking from both sides of the net so she should have seen action at least in 2 games. However stats says she got 1 block only. The 2nd score: Samorodok won again 3-0 (3:0 (25:13; 25:19; 25:13), LK got 11 kills, 3 blocks, LD has 1 block. Here is a link to the stats for both games. vc-samorodok.ru/cms/html/modules/news/article.php?storyid=157I don’t know why article says 10 kills and 2 blocks for Lilly in game 1 while stats shows 11 kills and 3 blocks. Whatever.

For some reason Cyrillic is OK while I’m typing it but turns to kind of a monkey code when I hit POST.

For some reason Cyrillic is OK while I’m typing it but turns to kind of a monkey code when I hit POST. You probably switched you keyboard settings to type, but forgot to switch your browser settings. When I first looked at the page I got mokey code also, but when I switch my browser's charater code to "Cyrillic (Windows-1251)" I see it correctly. My browser has even defaulted back to "Western (ISO-8859-1)" and I still see the Cyrillic correctly.

Actually I didn't touch anything because I pasted it and it was OK on the screen where we type but all of a sudden it showed up that funky way on the actual thread screen after I posted it.

With non-western characters it is also possible that the incompatibility might be with the board software that processes the post....

Darn it I was in Russia (Volgograd) and could have been in Moscow for the match. Heard about the match on TV, they also showed some background shots of Yeltsin in his days as a Vball coach. Much praise for the American players. Vball matches always have good attendance in Russia (at least the ones I have been at).

Even in Moscow you wouldn't be able to attend since those 2 games took place in Khabarovsk.
