Appears that West Georgia will remove the interim tag from current HC, after being turned down by others...

Appears that West Georgia will remove the interim tag from current HC, after being turned down by others... Can't think of anything that makes the current head coach feel more wanted than this.

Word around town is that an NAIA school in the midwest will need to chop down some trees to find their next coach.

Aren't they on the list every year?

Aren't they on the list every year? Certainly were last year, you also have University of the Cumberlands in Kentucky, both are NAIA schools, they hired in spring of 13 so that may make it feel an every year thing. Of course when the AD pulls the plug mid-season, and then takes the reigns...it might become a trend...

Athletic Trainer served as the interim, not the AD who was the Baseball coach for years. Not sure where the truth lies...

I do find it interesting/intriguing that after the article, the website lists something different. A lot of questions to answer with that opening...
