That's the same surgery that Johnathan Acosta from UCLA had and he is out for about a month, so does that mean her Italian season is done? Hopefully she can recuperate quickly because she is a huge asset to the USA team.

I'd have to research it more though.

I'd say expect her to be back towards the end of the season. i'm not a medical person but from what i've seen so far that sounds about right. She should be back in plenty of time to get in form for the OG

I'd be surprised if it was more than 3 weeks before she begins playing again. I had a fairly difficult emergency appendectomy and I was back on the court in less than 2 weeks. And I'm pretty far from being a professional athlete!
As the Italian season runs thru April, this should be a blip on the radar of her season. As long as all goes normally.
