How can you leave off Washington? They beat Stanford twice last season and they nearly advanced to the Final Four. They don't lose too much and they pick up Chrystal Morrisson (I think #2 rated US prep). They have a terrific offense. Finally the announcement was made. I left off Washington because assistant is bailing to take over Wyoming. Also, I think the coaches will have an answer for McLaughlin this year after two years of figuring out how to adjust to his coaching style. Good squad at UW though, just seems hard to have 6 teams capable of 1st place finishes. I don't think UW has the athletes all around like the others do. One or, heaven-forbid, two injuries really hurts their depth more than the others, as well. |
