It is Hawaii Rainbow Wahine Volleyball day for the whole state in Hawaii. Why did they send someone on "behalf of" the mayor? If its such a big deal, why not at least send the mayor? **I'm kidding, I think its a huge deal. Congrats USC, just where the hell are the politicians? Does USC get that little respect?

I dunno where Mayor Hahn was or whether he was in town (maybe he was a Bruin alumni?). Anyway, no biggie as the teams are planning to be honored in the presence of the president at the White House in a couple of months.

How long has this been going on? Last time I was there it was a deep brown haha There must have been a strong wind that day (either that, or the photos have been airbrushed!)

I was in LA around Christmas time and it was blue skies and absolutely gorgeous! Best I've ever seen it. I guess it has been holding.
Lucky LA-ians.

LA skies are the best after a spell of rain or after a strong wind stream blows away all those smog. And yes, the best blue skies in LA occur around winter.
