I know you're joking, but if Carlini were to leave Wisconsin, it's to go play in Europe and start making over $100,000.00 per year. However, she's having a blast and lots of success at Wisconsin, so I don't see her leaving. Actually, there's been talk of Carlini transferring this upcoming winter, taking classes at new, planned institution, but focusing on the national team and Brazil 2016 while she's sitting the 2016-2017 season (since she 100% won't get an immediate release). I'm sorry I had to. WISCONSIN IS CARLINI'S AND CARLINI IS WISCONSIN'S. I am sure rainbow, gobucky, and every other Wisconsin fan would have a cow, but selfishly, I would not mind Carlini sitting out the spring of 2016 and training full time in Anaheim, and if she makes the Senior team red-shirting 2016 season at Wisconsin to play in RIO.
I don't know if 6 months is enough time to work with team and establish right chemistry, but she is a special athlete and competitor.

I don't think it is likely, but at least there is precedent at Wisconsin as every four years a half-dozen women's hockey players take a redshirt season to go play in the Olympics.

I am happy to see that Larson and Ethridge are joining the Mizzou squad. I think that they have a solid incoming freshman class coming in, so the addition of these two ladies will help the team and Kan out nicely.

Yes, they were both told on their visits that they could make an immediate impact in the middle and libero position.

So how could Ethridge have been told that when she has yet to visit?

So how could Ethridge have been told that when she has yet to visit? Alexa visited in high school, which is why she didn't need to go visit with Kira, but it had been communicated that she would start at libero if she transferred to Mizzou. Also noteworthy: Alexa's fam is only 90 minutes away from Columbia. Anyway, I should have been clearer, so my apologies.

Not true, coaches with ethics are honest and tell you, you will have to earn your way. Unfortunately not all are like that!

May Day Basket #3 to come later this evening! OH, COME ON How "big" is the announcement? Can't spill all the beans at once! I shared the news of Kira and Alexa at midnight and Ebony this morning with intention, so it's only fitting that we wrap up this May Day with an evening announcement!
