Just curious if you guys know where the 3 USC girls transferred to this season? USC had a bad season last year, and so surprised that Haley is still at the helm, despite all of the student athletes transferring out....
The players are: Liberos & DFS: Anne Marie Schmidt & Kelly Wimmer; MB/OH: T. Wheatley.

I think the USC AD has his hands full with what to do with their football coach right now, after his meltdown at the donors/alums dinner last weekend.
It appears that wvb is continuing as is at USC....even with their difficult season last fall.
I am sure a volleytalker will advise where these 3 players are.

He's won 10% of all NCAA volleyball championships, and was the USA coach for a few years. He's 72 and probably only coaching another couple of years. You've sold top recruiting classes for the next 3-4 years on an orderly transition from Haley to Nolan, and you want to blow that up? |

All three are still students at USC. Just not playing volleyball anymore.

Sophomore 6-2 OH Hannah Mathiesen is no longer on the roster at Cal Poly after suffering a season ending injury last year.

Is it time to kill this thread and look toward 2016?? Usually I start the next year thread around November-December. As of right now I am only aware of one transfer. |
