Ponce beat Bayamon in 5 games. Scores were 25-19 22-25 25-19 21-25 15-8. Laura Pilakowski lead Bayamon with 21 points on 19 kills, 2 blocks and 7 digs. Michelle Collier scored 15 points with 10 kills and 14 digs. For Ponce Katie Olsovsky scored 18 points with 8 kills and 8 blocks. She doesn't seem to be getting many kills I don't think they are setting her much, and Aril Ross had 18 kills and 11 digs.
Toa Baja beat Caguas in 5. Scores were 25-17, 21-25, 16-25, 25-22, 15-13. Stats aren't yet released, but you can be that Kim Willoughby and Aury Cruz put up big kill numbers.

My man Alma in Caguas told me yesterday that Cruz may not play in this one and I'm waiting on the stats also to see.Something about other possible commitments.Also someone asked about Cheryl Weaver in your last PR report , she is no longer with Caguas but I don't know where she went. Caguas needed an outside hitter and she was let go to make room for Willoughby. I see her name still on the web site but they don't do a good job updating it. |

Why did they let her go? If they had Weaver and Willoughby on the same team, the Championship would have pretty much been in the bag. I'm suprised that Aury may have not played.

Does anyone know what team Sheila Ocasio-Clemente is on? I checked the rosters of the teams that had websites, but I didn't see her name. She is the 6'5" middle from Puerto Rico who was attending UNLV.
She is not returning to school in order to join one of the clubs.

Sheila plays for Guaynabo. Her sister Karina plays in Italy. At 6'5'' Sheila is a big girl, and her sister is 6'2'' or 6'3''.
