New Leader Board in Puerto Rico. Kim Willoughby made significant advances this week. Last week she appeared in only one catagory, 2nd in Aces. This week she moved into three other catagories Total Points 7th, Kills 8th, and Digs 5th and remains 2nd in Aces. www.fpvoleibol.com/lideres_20040125.aspTranslations: Total Points - Anotaciones Kills - Ataques Blocks - Bloqueos Aces - Saques Digs - Defensas Assist - Asistencias

I really hate the way they do stats. I would rather see stats rated by game, not total. Totals don't really show how good a player can be. A team that sweeps through all of their opponents will accumulate less points then a team that is always pushed to 5 games.
Busse is top for total points, kills, and aces, but she has played more games that Porter who is averaging more points and kills per game and Willoughby who is averaging more aces per game. While Busse is doing a fantastic job of helping her team, I feel like it's harder to get a good idea of who is potentially the most dangerous player.
You always hear about coaches talking about slowing down the best player. If the star player gets 15 kills, you can say you slowed them down if the match went to 5 games. On the other hand, if the match only went 3 games, it is likely that you didn't slow the player down.
