This could historically be a great match. Would encourage everyone to watch it. Though I think Hancock will lead PSU to victory, could go either way, iMHO.
Why these matches are not on ESPN/ESPN2 is beyond comprehension.
I guess a Grand Canyon vs. Eastern Michigan men's BB game is better for ratings??

Hancock will have to serve lights out every time at the line, the rest of the team will have to play the best games of their careers and Stanford will have to somehow play at a lower level than they did against Florida, for this to be competitive. Waiting to see what Russ Rose comes up with. He may be in shock when viewing the Stanford-Florida tape.

Taking nothing away from Stanford, Florida was overrated and Hancock will show why she deserves NPOY award.

U make it sound like Stanford is leagues better then psu and basically would just have to show up to win and psu would have to have game of season. Have I seen both teams play. It's pretty even matchup. It's a tossup. Your perception is skewed

Canda is making it sound like Stanford is so much more talented then psu and that just not true. It will be tight contested match

If PSU plays they way they are capable, Stanford will have to play the match of the year to be competitive. Watching any team won't shock Russ. He's seen it all

Offensively, Stanford played very impressive ball--too say that they minimized errors would be a gross understatement. Four of five attackers hitting over .400. Yeesh. But I thought Florida was also exposed here as the weakest of the Elite 8 teams in some ways. And as much of a future stud Alhassan will likely be, Stanford really preyed on her inexperienced, particularly moving the ball from pin to pin on her, making for a number of easy kills for Burgess, Boukather, & Co. Of course, the Cardinal pinpoint receive didn't hurt either in their sideout game as Florida REALLY struggled to score points on serve. Still, Stanford's block seemed suspect, and partly because of that, they seemed unable to put together any significant runs of points (except maybe once in game 1). Instead, they had to kind of grind it out.

Penn State almost beat Stanford on their home court first week of the season starting 2 freshman with out one of the best MB in the nation. Penn state has too much fire power.

I just hope that it is as good as last year's regional final. That level of play in prime time on ESPN2 will help advance the sport.
