I think Nebraska needs a new coach. I know, you guys probably think I'm crazy, but he makes the team very hostile I feel. He never has positive emotions. I think they need a new coach like Hambly someone young and that can get these girls excited again. The program has great players and future recruits, but their communication and team spirit seem low. |

Where did you read that he has to smile?.... He never has positive emotions. Not meaning in games. No coach looks happy in a game, only if they win of course. I'm just saying maybe a younger coach will do them good. Look at Wisconsin, the players were recruited high coming out from high school, and did not play very well until their new coach came. Nebraska has so many high ranked high schoolers, they should be finishing higher. Their communication skills are not at best. |

While I am not a fan of Cook, I do think he does a good job of preparing his team/players. That said the look he gives to Dani during a match and her reaction is not always good. Kind of like a dog about to get hit with a rolled up newspaper. I also look forward to the day when he does step down. I think Pettit will have a hand in selecting the next coach.
