how will Ebony be in 2015? What's the status of her injury? She will be fine.. Her struggles have less to do with her injury but rather how bad USC was this year without the great libero and overall passing and just overall play.. Not to put words in your mouth, but are you saying that she didn't want to be on a losing team and that is why she is out shopping for a team that could do better than USC. If that is the case, IMO I think she should sit out for a year. She has already disrupted one team by transferring.

Her transferring allegedly has to do with her wanting to be closer to her family but she is taking visits to schools that are NOT near her family.. No one knows how bad her injury was but USC as a team just wasn't as good. Her numbers were bound to go down considering that they didn't pass nearly as well without Natalie hagglund.

She shouldn't have to sit out a year because of it. And how has she disrupted that team, it's total nonsense. Like i've said before, it's great to see so many athletes transferring. It's about doing what's best for them, not what's best for coaches or fans. I hope she has a great and healthy two years, no matter where she ends up.

Teams are always going to be in disruption whenever a new class of recruits come in, or when coach sends others packing. EN just took matters into her own hands, whether cause of the injury, or wanting to be near family, or regretting the early decision. The only thing I think would be a somewhat reasonable restriction is a "no" an in-conference transfer. If a player is not happy, they will bring disruption to the team anyway, so let them go. You want synergy on the team, and yes one bad apple, or an unhappy apple will infect the whole bunch. Where I work, an employee wants to quit, they don't even bother making them honor the obligatory 2-week notice. They get your office packed and get you out the door asap. Computer access snatched and secuirity card deactivated like poof. It's just next. Better to swallow the nasty pill and get it over with. Move on. That's what Mick and the rest of the USC diehards have to do. All this negative energy is not going to help the current team one bit.

Baylor, TCU and Texas aren't near her family? Nebraska and Wisconsin aren't near her family in Iowa? Remember this is relative to So Cal
