This Russian coach is a piece of work. Maybe he is on a mission to get rid of the challenge system by abusing it and making a mockery of it. Even if it also means making a mockery of himself in the process. Several coaches, even including Karch have strategically used it as a de-facto time out to break up momentum and give a breather. Yeah I kinda agree with him in theory. 10 stoppages per game is silly (2 tech, 4 team TO, 4 challenges). Perhaps get rid of a tech TO, and 1 challenge, and let em use TO for additional challenges. Play ball. |
