Was watching the live stream - in the 2nd set up 9-4, Kerri took a full swing at a ball and her shoulder popped out. The med staff popped it back in, but she played the rest of the match very limited - serving underhand, poking or swinging left-handed and with lots of 2 balls from April.

Where did you find the live stream? It's amazing that Walsh was able to beat the World Champs using craftiness in such a debilitated.

Having one of the best players in the world as her partner helped a little. Anyway, this is not good. If it was in fact yet another dislocation, she may be forced to shut it down for quite a while.

Sounds like it was another dislocation, and as GLM said, that could be a big big problem for qualifying.

Looked like a partial dislocation or subluxation on the video.....not as bad as a complete dislocation, but troubling nonetheless.

Walsh out of the tournament. Announcer is saying it was a dislocation. Kerri as well. Does this change April's outlook in terms of another partner? She has to be thinking of someone she could get to Rio with just in case.

Brazil get three straight to beat Casey/Jake in the first game. Last is a let. Very dubious. Equally dubious was Dain Blanton, or a commentator that sounds like him, going on about the stamina required to play so many games in a given day.
Evandro hit a jump serve with no spin that looked like it was going in.
"Great fake block by Jake" no Jake just didnt jump, didnt even drop.
Blanton if this is him, is awful

How is Jake at 6'7 a better blocker than Evandro? Does anyone know what the awful recording the FIVB plays after every block is?
Given how young Evandro is and how poor some of his play is, he could dominate for years if he cleans up his game.

Third game Evandro with another let to go up one. Pedro float serves and runs to the net to block and finishes the game. I guess he had a sprained ankle but Casey was piss poor this whole match. Jake blocked everything, the Brazilians played badly and Casey just couldnt hold up his end

When did Tri Bourne decide he was Sinjin Smith. Shooting everything to let Canada back in, then swings and hits it straight down three pts too late
