Doherty/Mayer and Lucena/Brunner win their qualifier matches and are into the main draw.
Fendrick/Sweat with a couple decent wins today to guarantee they will get out of pool. Face Larissa/Talita tomorrow with a chance to win pool if they can pull off the upset.

Good win for Walross. Spanked a pretty good team. Embarassing loss for Brooke/Lauren, but Brooke is always going to be vulnerable to taking losses like that. Doherty/Mayer continue to suck.
Has anyone seen Ryan play this year? Last year he really seemed to have turned a corner but results this year are pretty poor. Maybe that is Mayer versus Lucena but maybe not.
Nick/Theo have Reindeer next. Very interested to see how that one goes.

Fendrick & Sweat can out 2nd in their pool, while I DO think they are a top 12 team, you are right there are some factors that can effect their game that maybe don't with other teams. Nick & Theo got a very important win before having to play the NED team, hopefully that will take the pressure off of the match. Gibb/Jennings beat Hyden/Bourne in 3. Gibb/Jennings face Adrian next.

Not unexpected just another in a line of non-competitive losses to good teams. It would be one thing if they were losing in 3 or 23-21 in two but they aren't even competitive right now.

JB Southpaw you got me all excited I thought CJ was playing with Jake... Sorry to be so out of the loop but I thought Kessy retired? Kessy saw that there was no clear 2nd olympic team and jumped back in. I think she said that on TNL a while back but I don't remember exactly

Walross gets it in two. Now two more Brazilian teams to go. This could be an order restoring week for April and Kerri.
